Hostpapa - on the whole they are great
Hostpapa, for the most part are great.
I've had occasions where someone has phoned me to say the website/forum was down but generally this only lasted a few hours and it's few and far between.
Response from their support is good, the package is Brilliant (unlimited everything!) and in general the speed of their servers is great too.
So while not perfect (and what hosting would be!?) they are very good. Recommended.

Hostpapa Great
For a relative newbie..Hostpapa was great. The control panel is very easy to use and I setup my email right away. The suppport staff was fast and friendly by answering my questions I had in my emails.
I highly recommend Hostpapa!!

Brilliant
I have recently moved two clients over to HostPapa and can only say they have been Brilliant, the cost the service and the support have been second to none. As more clients come along I will be using HostPapa without a second thought.....

SO glad I moved over
I am a very new customer with HostPapa having moved from WebFusion due to the totally abysmal service and tecnical support. I am very happy so far at the features offered and feel that the charges are reasonable and so far have been VERY impressed with the support. It amazes me that I have an 0800 number to call the excellent support team in the US in comparison to the expensive calls I hope very soon not to have to be making to WebFusion (which never helped much anyway)!

I haven't had any major problems at all with HP uptime and support.
Everytime I had a small technical problem, support answered quickly and the problem was often resolved in a matter of minutes.
I recommend there service!

There is only one place
Hostpapa have provided a pleasing service. I signed up for it and the speeds are incredible. I've been tracking my site with internet monitors and haven't had any amount of down time since Their team is fast to reply to any problems you may have and patient.

Nice hosting service
We are with HostPapa since March 2008, excellent customer service. They use green energy to power the data center. Excellent uptime, speed and performance. High monthly bandwidth and high storage capacity Easy to use control panel to manage account and website.

Hostpapa Review
I signed up with Hostpapa about 3 months ago.
Pros:
Good service, fast and friendly support, good prices and free domain name.
Cons:
You have to sign up for a year to get the best price.
Overall Hostpapa provide a good service, I've already recommended them to a couple of fiends.
