Would not trust them to run a bath.
Tried to cancel my webspace as I had closed down the website and there was no longer a domain name registered to the account. They did not respond to my e-mail but tried to charge my crdit card. Luckily the card had expired so they could not take any money. Rang them this morning to ask if they actually read their e-mails. Would have had more luck communicating with my 8 week old daughter as they claim I needed to fill in a form (that they had not let me have). Told them to shove their account where the sun don't shine.
