As the name suggests Windows Hosting is website hosting on Microsoft's Windows Platform. If your site has been developed using ASP or ASP.NET or SQL technology a Windows hosting plan will be the ideal choice.

- You don't need to go for a Windows Hosting plan, just because you have used windows to design your site. As long as you do not require any special features such as ASP, ASP.NET MS-SQL you can run your site on either a windows or Linux hosting plan.
